Terms of Service

By accessing or using MentionLogic (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

MentionLogic helps users monitor public X conversations, research customer and competitor discussions, prioritize potentially relevant posts, and prepare editable drafts. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every relevant conversation will be found, that a lead is accurate, or that an action on X will produce a particular result.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and you must promptly update it when it changes. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable law and X’s terms and policies.
• Do not use the Service to harass, deceive, impersonate, defame, or target people unlawfully.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the Service, or access another user’s account or data.
• Do not use automated access or extraction that violates applicable third-party terms or places unreasonable load on the Service.
• Do not submit sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and understand how it may be processed.

You retain rights in content you submit to the Service. You grant MentionLogic the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and generate requested outputs from that content. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing every AI-generated summary or draft before relying on or publishing it. MentionLogic does not automatically post to X on your behalf.

The Service may display or process content from X. That content belongs to its respective authors and remains subject to X’s terms and availability. X and other linked services are independent third parties; MentionLogic does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

The Service, including its software, branding, design, and original materials, is owned by MentionLogic or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of your current paid period, and you retain paid access until that period ends.

For a new subscription, you may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge by contacting michaelyin@mentionlogic.com within seven calendar days of that charge. This guarantee does not apply to renewal charges, except where applicable law grants you rights that cannot be waived.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the Service or others, or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output and research signals are informational and require human judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentionLogic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the direct damages that were reasonably foreseeable when the relevant event occurred.
